    (1) one component adhesive

    Formula 1 (room temperature vulcanizing adhesive for leather shoes)

    Chloroprene rubber (LDJ-240) 80 antioxidant D 2

    Chloroprene rubber (LDJ-121) 20 RX-80 resin 10

    Zinc Oxide 5 toluene to 250

    Magnesium Oxide 4 ethyl acetate to 100

    Solids about 21%

    The concentration of mucilage should be adjusted according to season. In winter, it should be rubber: solvent =1; 3.5, summer is 1:4.

    If the following two sets of mixed solvents are used, the toxicity is low.

    (1) ethyl acetate: cyclohexane: No. 120 gasoline: 50:20:30 (mass).

    (2) ethyl acetate: acetone: No. 120 gasoline =35:20:45 (mass).

    The curing agent JQ - 110% (mass) or 7900 curing agent 2% is used before use, but the sponge cold and slippers are lower due to their lower strength, so the amount of curing agent should be less, generally 2%-5% and sometimes as low as 1%.

    JQ-1 is added 10%, base material is vulcanized rubber, the bonding strength of different upper is as follows: Pigskin 4.47kN / m, domestic cowhide 2.12kN / m, imported middle leather 3.48kN / m, synthetic leather 1.22kN / M.

    Formula 3 (room temperature vulcanizing adhesive for leather shoes)

    Chloroprene rubber (A-90) 40 antioxidant D 2

    Chloroprene rubber (LDJ-240) 40 toluene 333

    Chloroprene rubber (LDJ-241) 20 ethyl acetate 111

    Zinc Oxide 5 Magnesium Oxide 4

    Solid content 20%

    Adding 10%JQ - 1, the adhesion strength of different materials is as follows:

    Common vulcanized rubber sole and different upper - pig skin 4.97kN / m, domestic cowhide 2.98kN / m, imported cowhide 3.3kN / m, synthetic leather 1.23kN / M.

    Oil resistant rubber sole and different upper leather, pigskin 4.43kN / m, imported cowhide 2.56kN / m, synthetic leather 1.38kN / M.

    Formula 4 (room temperature vulcanizing adhesive for leather shoes)

    Chloroprene rubber (A-90) 100 antioxidant D 1

    Zinc Oxide 5210 phenolic resin 10

    Magnesium Oxide 4 toluene 268.4

    Ethyl acetate 122 solid content 23.8%

    The adhesion strength of vulcanized rubber bottom and different upper is added as follows: pig skin 3.47kN / m, domestic cowhide 1.36kN / m, imported cowhide 2.4kN / m, synthetic leather 1.59kN / M.

    Formula 5 (room temperature vulcanizing adhesive for leather shoes)

    Chloroprene rubber (LDJ-241) 100 Zinc Oxide 5

    Magnesium Oxide 6 antioxidant D 2

    210 phenolic resin 10-15 solvent 461-504

    Solids content ranged from 20.8% to 23.8%.

    Compound: solvent =1:3.75 (winter) and 1:4 (summer), curing agent (JQ-1) added 10%.

    Adhesion strength: canvas and canvas 8.47kN / m, cowhide and rubber bottom 4.63kN / m, pigskin and rubber base 5.25kN / M.

    Formula 6 (color resistant neoprene adhesive)

    Oxygen butadiene rubber (A-90) 100 Zinc Oxide 5

    Magnesium Oxide 4 antioxidant 10105

    Epoxy resin (828) 15 titanium white 30

    Toluene to viscosity 7000cps

    Solid content 20% - 25%

    Adhesive strength (Canvas / natural vulcanizate): single liquid 5.88kN / m, double liquid (curing agent Desmodur RF) 7.64kN / M; tarnishing resistance: 70 degree x 60d appears discoloration.

    Formula 7 (cold adhesive for shoes)

    Chloroprene rubber (LDJ-244) 100 Zinc Oxide 6

    Antioxidant D 2 precipitated silica 8

    Terpene resin 5 Magnesium Oxide 8

    2402 resin 100 triethanolamine 1.5

    Water 1.5 mixed solvents 500-600

    Solid content 19%-22%

    Toluene: No. 120 gasoline: ethyl acetate =3:4.5:2.5.

    Adhesion strength of vulcanizate to leather: 24h / 7.8kN / m, 48h / 8.6kN / m, 8.2kN / m after 72h.

    Formula 8 (chemical sole adhesive)

    Chloroprene rubber (LDJ-240) 100 Zinc Oxide 5

    Magnesium Oxide 4 antioxidant D 2

    White carbon black (VN$3) 14 terpene resin 5

    Mixed solvents 1. 780 solid content 14.3%

    Toluene: gasoline: ethyl acetate =25:1; 0.5.

    Adhesive strength (plus 8% curing agent JQ-1): Rubber and EVA micro hole bottom - tear EVA micro hole bottom, glue bottom and glue bottom 5.58kN / m, rubber bottom and pig leather 4.6kN / m, nylon sole and nylon silk 3.8kN / m, rubber bottom and woolen fabric 4.1kN / m, glue base and synthetic leather tearing leather.

    (two) two yuan adhesive (CR / MMA graft adhesive)

    (three) three yuan adhesive (CR / MMA / SBS graft adhesive)
