    Job Hopping Is Not The Only Way To Improve Personal Value.

    My first jump was to become a clerk in a foreign-funded enterprise.

    The director liked my writing style and I soon got into the role.

    Two years later, when I wanted to get promoted, the director quit job.

    The new director is one year younger than I am. He does not appreciate the materials I have written. He often asks me to change it several times before I am satisfied. He is very strict and often finds fault with me.

    I clenched my teeth for half a year and finally had to leave.

    The second jump is to engage in advertising planning in a joint venture.

    At first, the company made a good profit, but soon it was affected by the Asian financial crisis and its business volume plummeted.
