Document Management System (Four)
The fourth chapter asks for examination and approval. The thirteenth request for approval is an important procedure of the company's operation. Any important business matters must be sought by the board of directors, the general manager and the managing director for examination, ruling and official document approval.
第十四條 須請示審批事項如下: 1.職務及重要人事安排; 2.各種制度性規定的變更; 3.重要契約的締結、解除與變更; 4.訴訟行為; 5.與政府機構有關的各種重要的請求回執、申請等等; 6.土地、建筑物以及事務所權利的購買與轉讓; 7.大額饋贈、謝禮、以及宣傳廣告費用的開支; 8.分支機構的增減與升降; 9.預算與決算事宜; 10.借款與貸款,以及借貸銀行的開設與變更; 11.重要或高額物品的采購,不急用或不需要物品的轉讓或廉價出售; 12.定期或不定期刊物發刊、修改與廢除,以及費用開支的修訂; 13.有關公司經營的重要計劃與企劃; 14.其他上述未涉及的重要事項。

Seventeenth items of examination and approval must be submitted to the head office by means of a proposal document.
If the matter is urgent, it is allowed to ask for it directly in the form of non documents.
The contents of the eighteenth proposal document include title, text, reason, explanation and appendix.
Proposal documents should be distributed in a number of departments, such as business departments, publishing departments, administrative departments and financial departments.
The nineteenth requesting proposals must be numbered, indicating the drafters or requesting persons, their branches and departments, and signing and sealing them.
The contents of the twentieth request for approval shall be approved by the higher authorities, and the decision shall be made by submission of the proposal proposal (copy) instead of the reply.
The twenty-first request for proposal was originally maintained by the Ministry of administration.
