When applying for registration, the group's registered capital can be reduced to 20 million yuan, the subsidiary company can be reduced to 3, and the total capital of the group company can be reduced to 40 million yuan.

When the registration of an unincorporated enterprise is not registered, the capital verification report shall not be submitted.

After the registered capital of the "three capital" enterprises is in place, the annual audit report will no longer be submitted in the annual inspection.
