The reply is as follows: "the provisions on Several Issues concerning the implementation of the people's Court (Trial Implementation)" (Law 15 [1998]] stipulates that according to the 213rd articles of the civil procedure law, 271st to 274 of the Supreme People's court's opinions on certain issues applicable to the civil procedure law, and the provisions of this rule, the enforcement organs of the Executive Court shall be dealt with by the executive body of the execution court.
Accordingly, the people's court shall deal with the disappearance of the main body in the execution process of the labor arbitration award according to the relevant provisions.
Once the labor dispute arbitration arbitral award is made and taken into effect, the arbitration proceedings shall be concluded. The labor dispute arbitration committee shall not alter the subject of execution after arbitration is made.
