The fifth social insurance agencies should complete the approval process for work-related injury insurance within 3 days after receiving the materials, and notify the employing units, work-related injury workers or relatives of the workers who died of work related injuries in writing.

If the material is not complete, all materials that need to be corrected should be informed in writing.

Within 3 days after receiving the correction materials, the approval procedures for work-related injury insurance benefits will be completed.

The sixth one-time disability allowance, disability allowance, and nursing cost have been paid since the conclusion of the conclusion of the labor capability appraisal committee. The one-time death allowance, funeral expenses, and dependant pension payments have been paid since the death of the workers injured.
