Cotton Spinning Enterprises In Hunan Are Booming.
Hunan Huarong is a famous cotton producing county in the country, and also one of the textile industry base counties in Hunan province. Since last year, textile enterprises have been experiencing a general downturn in financial turbulence. Huarong county Party committee and county government have taken various measures to deal with the impact of the financial crisis and guide enterprises to carry out technological pformation and product mix adjustment and upgrading.
Up to now, 19 textile enterprises in the county have invested more than 300 million yuan in technical reform funds, and 15 new production lines are new and rebuilt. The new products, such as slub yarn and sewing thread after upgrading, not only sell well, but also increase the profits by more than 20%. According to Yang Zhibin, director of the industry bureau of the county, at present, the textile enterprises in the county show good momentum of production and sales, and the order of the scale enterprises increased by 30% in the first 2 months.
Huarong county has 51 textile enterprises with an output value of nearly 4 billion yuan. Before the outbreak of the financial crisis, most of the textile enterprises in the county were "big road goods". After the crisis, the textile enterprises' products were generally not well sold, and the efficiency declined greatly. Faced with this situation, the county leaders have come to enterprises to help enterprises to study countermeasures.
Through repeated market research, the county began to upgrade its products by guiding enterprises, and the county finance provided about 2000000 yuan to encourage and support enterprises to carry out technological pformation. Huacheng textile company invested 6 million yuan in May last year to upgrade the original production line, from spinning ordinary 21 yarn to spinning slub yarn, increasing production capacity by 30%, and increasing the efficiency of enterprises by more than 20%. From the beginning of last March to the end of February this year, 19 large-scale textile enterprises have been technically reformed.
With the accession of a large number of new technologies, new processes and new equipment, the market competitiveness of the textile enterprises in this county has been greatly improved. The new spinning process introduced by Huaqing textile has reduced the cost per ton of products by 100 yuan after the commissioning of the new technology, and the added value of the tonne product has increased by 3000 yuan per ton of products after the 15 enterprises have pformed the slub yarn production line. Abundant textile has jumped to become the third largest sewing thread production base in China.
In the first two months of this year, 19 large scale textile enterprises in Huarong county were in the red, and the family was full load production. The households made profits, and more than 3000 new migrant workers were recruited.
