    In particular, the performance of plant regenerated cellulose fibers is close to that of cotton. At present, enterprises basically use the existing cotton spinning equipment to pform and process.

    At present, spinning equipment for spinning and reprocessing cellulose fibers in China's spinning enterprises is basically a series of "1", "A" and "FA" series cotton spinning equipments, which are properly pformed and combined.

    The main reasons are as follows: most of the regenerated cellulose fibers produced by the factories are still in the development stage of trial, so they are trial spinning and trial production on the existing equipment; the regenerated cellulose fiber products are of a small batch; regenerated cellulose fibers, especially functional products, are pure spinning less and multi component blended spinning, and are not suitable for mass production.

    The main reason is that there is not a set of special equipment designed and manufactured according to the characteristics of regenerated cellulose fibers.

    From the configuration of each plant, two parts of cotton, carding equipment and coarse and fine equipment can be distinguished.

    The previous part of the carding equipment is diversified because of the large number of equipment types.

    In the latter part, if the pure spinning is basically similar to that of pure cotton, most of the blended products will be made of strips, so there is no big change except for the three bars.

    This paper focuses on the analysis of the cotton cleaning process configuration and measures.

    Regenerated cellulose fibers are of neat length, no knot, but long fibers and wires. Therefore, the process of blowing and carding should be shortened, blending evenly, combing lightly, striking less, and preventing stickiness.

    At present, there are basically three models for the blowing and combing process of regenerated cellulose fibers in China.

    The basic process of spinning cotton type is: A002 to A036 (FA106) to A036 to A092 (FAl91\SFA161) to A076C to 1181C (A186D / E) FA23A.

    This process is also mainly based on the "A" word series equipment, plus a multi storehouse mixer, using a loose opening, using a multi pin hand driver (including A036 to change the needle hand), and carding is mainly A186.

    The basic process of blowing carding unit is: BDT019 grabbing machine, LVSAB coagulating device, MM6 multi storehouse, LVSAB condenser, FBK cotton box and DK740 cotton catching machine.

    This process is part of Germany's special textile process.

    Short flow mode also belongs to the spinning process, accounting for 25%.

    There is an improvement in the first mode, that is to reduce one opening and increase the number of bunker to improve the mixing effect, but the phenomenon of sticky phenomenon of some fibers can not be overcome.

    The third mode adopts the short flow blowing carding unit, which is used as a grab and a mixer without opening the cleaning equipment. It only opens on the cotton catching machine. It is suitable for the characteristics of regenerated cellulose fiber, and it can beat lightly, play less and roll lightly, so the product's short staple rate is low.

    The biggest advantage of this process is to cancel the volume, and therefore the phenomenon of sticky coil. The enterprises with the conditions should try to adopt third modes.

    Problems to be explored

    Because regenerated cellulose fiber is different from cotton and synthetic fiber, it can only borrow cotton spinning equipment and synthetic fiber process flow in spinning process. Although it can also spin yarn, some common difficulties are difficult to solve, such as cotton sticky layer, difficult carding, slanting tube, and entangled rollers.

    For example, small batch and multi component cotton blending, we need to discuss the following problems.

    The most common difficulty in the spinning process of spinning and opening cotton fabric for the regenerated cellulose fiber is sticky roll. The best solution to solve the problem is blowing carding, but at present the output of blowing carding is higher, so it is not suitable for small batch production.

    To this end, it is suggested that a small batch of mini type regenerated cellulose fiber blowing carding unit should be developed for textile machinery enterprises.

    Most of the regenerated cellulose fibers are blended for the sake of accurate mixing ratio and different treatment of different raw materials. At present, most of them are used for blending and drawing, and the drawing can not be less than three.

    Therefore, the management is complex, the cooked strips are over ripe, and some old factories are also having difficulty in upgrading the drawing frame.

    To this end, it is suggested that the spinning machine plant develop a cotton opener which can handle different raw materials and processes, and weigh feed to ensure the mixing ratio.

    In addition, we need to develop a drawing machine with small footprint and high output.

    The main problem is the card clothing problem, which is now spinning the regenerated cellulose fiber carding clothing, and also using chemical fibre clothing or cotton and chemical fiber dual purpose clothing.

    In view of the carding characteristics of regenerated cellulose fibers, the flexible comb is the main choice, and the short combing elements are selected. The high density and ultra-thin work surface of the card clothing and the clean flower adopt the prismatic three dimensional main body to comb the needle teeth. The ceramic processing on the side surface keeps the long-term smoothness, sharpness and rigidity, and the main combing elements such as the thorn roller, the cylinder and the doffer can also be pottery treated.
