We should continue to consolidate the results of pollution treatment in tannery, further improve the urban and rural appearance, further promote the creation of the ecological environment, create a good social atmosphere, do well in policy treatment, speed up the progress of the project, ensure that the water head project is completed at the end of the two phase, and speed up the work of the upper Ma Cheng (phase three), and take measures to solve the problem of safe drinking water for the masses. We must enhance our strength.
According to Scientific Outlook on Development's requirements, we should expand industries such as leather goods and pet products, cultivate key backbone enterprises, enhance industrial economic strength, develop the market, expand trade and logistics industry, speed up the development of the third industry, and continuously enhance our strength and strive for the first place. We must promote social harmony. We should strengthen peace building, public order maintenance, crack down on harnessing, and resolve conflicts and disputes, so as to ensure social harmony and stability.
We should continue to promote the construction of red tourism projects and start the brand of red tourism. We should vigorously develop characteristic agriculture, carry out "beautiful countryside action", improve the rural environment, accelerate the new round of enriching the people, tackle various supporting policies, enhance the hematopoietic function and accelerate the development.
After listening to the speeches of the second delegations, Qiu Yang pointed out that since last year, the work of Wanquan town and township has achieved remarkable results and the development trend is very good. At present, with the launching and construction of the coastal industrial belt and the coastal fast track, Wanquan's location advantage is further apparent, and its development prospects are more optimistic.
Wanquan township should seize the great opportunity for the development of coastal industrial belt and the improvement of its location conditions, and promote the construction of major projects such as roads and other infrastructures and coastal reclamation, so as to accelerate the development and expand the comprehensive strength.
