Textile Machinery: Looking Forward To The Innovation Of Key Parts
In textile machinery, accessories such as card clothing, grid ring, special-shaped pipe, spindle, steel collar, traveller, cradle, cradle and so on are only supporting parts matching the main engine, but for textile enterprises, these parts are the key factors that affect the quality of the products.
Many cotton textile enterprises technical personnel said that for the quality of cotton textile products, textile equipment and special parts are very critical. In recent years, the quality of domestic equipment and accessories has improved significantly, but compared with imported products, there are still varying degrees of gap. With the increasing demand of the market for the quality of products, higher requirements for the adaptability of equipment and special parts have been put forward.
Taking compact spinning technology as an example, in addition to the requirements for the design of compact spinning equipment, it is also the focus of the application enterprise to effectively improve the quality of key parts. Due to the less hairiness, strong strength and high power consumption, the loss of equipment is much larger than that of general ring spinning. This requires higher quality requirements for the special equipment such as rings, travellers and cots, and requires domestic manufacturers to make greater breakthroughs in this field.
It is gratifying to note that the restructuring and revitalization plan for the equipment manufacturing industry, which was introduced not long ago, put forward for the first time that "increase investment in technological pformation, enhance the capability of independent innovation of enterprises, and substantially improve the level of basic matching parts and basic technology." We should enhance the technological level of supporting products such as casting and forging, basic components, processing aids and special raw materials, and lay a solid foundation for industrial development. The relevant people believe that in the past, it has always advocated "improving the basic parts and components by whole machine R & D". The change of this formulation can be said to be far-reaching.
In recent years, domestic textile machinery has made significant progress, many equipment has been made domestically, but key parts still need to be imported. As the key equipment to upgrade the textile industry, automatic winding machine has been increasing demand in the domestic market in recent years.

However, key components such as metal trough, air splicer and electronic yarn clearer are also imported. This is because the needle clothing manufacturers in China do not have the material of metal card clothing and the core technology of heat treatment, and the products can not meet the requirements of applicability. For example, the material, geometry and surface treatment technology of rotor spinning machine, the design and manufacturing technology of high-speed shutting device for shuttleless looms, and the core technology of key parts such as knitting needles, such as design and manufacturing technology, have not yet been fully grasped by domestic enterprises.
These key parts belong to the special basic parts for the main engine, and the key technology and core technology are not well controlled, which directly affects the quality of the main engine. Therefore, in recent years, the voice of "good basic components" is getting higher and higher. Many experts also call for the importance of research and development of key components.
Equipment enterprises said that in order to improve the technical level of key parts, the cooperation and support of textile enterprises is also very important, except that the state needs to provide financial support for related projects. Wang Qinglan, chairman of Shanghai Kelly textile hardware company, has recently been worried about finding users. The air splicer developed by them is almost the same as imported products on the automatic winder, but there is no suitable opportunity for extensive use in order to further verify the effect and make it difficult to promote the market.
In addition, the formulation of "the import of key components and raw materials, which is indeed necessary to import, and exempt from customs duties and value-added tax", has attracted the attention of many enterprises in the equipment manufacturing industry's adjustment and revitalization plan. Earlier, some equipment companies have been calling for the reduction and exemption of import tariffs for raw materials imported by the equipment industry.
For example, at present, the special steel products used for metal clothing in China still need a large number of imports, but the country has to impose higher tariffs. If we can enjoy the policy of exemption from customs duties and import value-added tax, we will strongly promote the development of the equipment industry. They expect specific measures to be introduced at an early date.
