Yangzhou Consumers Association: Shoes, Hats, Mobile Phones And Building Materials Complaints Rank First
Yesterday, the city Consumer Association Released 2008 annual complaints analysis, last year, the city level Consumers Association received 2541 complaints, so that consumers from the loss of more than 216 yuan.
In seven categories and 55 categories of complaints, Shoes and Hats (363 pieces), mobile phones (260 pieces), building materials (124 pieces) complained the top three.

555 complaints of household electronics and electrical appliances account for 21.8% of the total complaints, second only to department stores. Among them, there are 300 complaints about communication products (mobile phones), more than half of the total electronics and electrical appliances.
Most of the problems that reflect quality problems are mainly as follows: dealers sell the parallel machine as a cargo machine, and once the quality problem is not guaranteed, some sellers feel that the mobile phone exploded screen is considered to be caused by the consumer, and shirk responsibility; no repair report is issued during repair, and the opaque maintenance and repair fees are not pparent.
房屋類投訴逐漸增加
隨著住房的商品化，此類投訴近年來逐漸增加。經統計，去年房屋及裝修材料類投訴有195件，其中商品房投訴71件，裝修建材投訴124件。
