According to statistics, since the beginning of this year, two hundred and seventy-five new projects have been approved by Huiyang District of Huizhou, thirty-five of which do not meet the requirements of environmental protection policies and industrial requirements. The rejection rate is thirteen percent. Sixty-three pilot projects have been launched, and forty-three have been passed for one time. The one-time pass rate is sixty-eight percent. The capacity of newly added wastewater and waste gas treatment is two thousand tons per day and eighty thousand cubic meters per hour.

It focuses on the key inspection and remediation of enterprises with environmental risks, such as chemical and electroplating enterprises, sensitive enterprises around key pollution sources and drinking water source protection areas, and so on.

Huiyang District of Huizhou city strictly implements relevant industrial policies and industrial planning of higher authorities, and implements "shut down, stop, merge, pfer and move" to enterprises with "high energy consumption, high pollution and high emissions". At present, five enterprises have completed the construction of reuse system in the whole area, reducing the discharge of wastewater by eight hundred tons per day and carrying out the clean production audit of five enterprises.
