Nylon may be exposed during mechanical stretching. Generally it is not suitable to use cotton / nylon interwoven technology. Because viscose and nylon are not parallel, the former is mainly external and curved, especially weaving after weaving is very tight, so to achieve penetration, it needs more time than cotton dyeing.
When choosing dyes, most of them use reactive dyes with double active groups, but attention should be paid to the reactivity of dyes. Because viscose fiber is short of water resistance and washability of cotton, the dye itself should be easy to wash. Through this process, the hemp has strong moisture absorption and is comfortable to wear. Especially close to body use, no itchy feeling, but also has a certain degree of firmness and flexibility. After processing, the fabric is very smooth inside and outside, especially thin clothing, which is suitable for summer wear, elegant and free. In addition, it also has good wrinkle resistance and colourful envied, no reflectivity.
