The notifications of the Ministry of agriculture on the issuance of the 2008 financial project (Article No. 99 of Agriculture Finance (2007)) the request for the declaration of the characteristic industrial project of one village and one, wrote:

First, the project objectives should be supported and the development of one village, one product characteristic industry. In accordance with the requirements of Scientific Outlook on Development, around the construction of a new socialist countryside, we should deepen the adjustment of agricultural structure, and actively develop the agricultural products with high added value, distinctive features and excellent quality, so as to increase farmers' income. We should make full use of the advantages of various resources, vigorously develop and develop the leading industries in rural areas, improve the regionalization, specialization and scale of agricultural production, further tap the market potential of special products, expand the development space of characteristic products, and create more agricultural product brands and fist products.

Through the implementation of the project, we will further promote the development of one village, one product, and realize the industry strong village and rich people, and consolidate the industrial support for the new rural construction.

Industrial enterprises must be identified by the agricultural administrative departments above the county level.

4, the relationship between cadres and masses is harmonious, which is regulated by village level financial management.

Three, the scope and standard of the use of subsidized funds: Featured livestock, poultry, rabbits, mink, Fox and raccoon dog.

The subsidy for buying seedlings is 100 yuan per person.
