With the financial crisis in developed foreign markets beginning to pmit to the real economy, the global economic crisis triggered by the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States is likely to deepen in China.

In the textile and garment industry of China, following the emergence of "delisting" in the coastal areas caused by global crisis and other factors, more and more enterprises appeal to the government to "rescue the market" and expect more support from the policy level in order to overcome the more severe market challenges.

Although the country has raised the export tax rebate rate two times, reduced interest rates for the three time, and issued documents encouraging small and medium-sized enterprises to borrow money.

However, at present, enterprises seem to be still not satisfied.

Then, what kind of policy support do the enterprises expect?

What do they think of the present policy?

What do they say about the development of this crisis and the reality of business?

Based on this, this paper interviewed two companies with different sizes, geographical locations and business conditions, with a view to providing a way of thinking for the future development of the industry from the experience of two enterprises.

Moderator: at present, do you feel the impact of the financial crisis in developed markets?

Zhen Guo: as we are in the west, most of the service companies in Chongqing are mainly domestic sales. I feel that our impact is not as big as that of the coastal areas. The situation is not as scary as that of the coastal areas, such as a subdivision industry in the coastal areas, or the whole industry has suddenly failed in the previous period.

We are not so horrible here. We grew a lot last year. And for me, so far, I haven't heard of any slightly smaller company in Chongqing, so I went bankrupt.

The deputy mayor of Chongqing has also made an image generalization to us on this issue, saying that Chongqing is like a paradise in the current situation, and the impact is not as big as that in the coastal areas.

However, in the current market situation, it is not necessarily the impact of the US financial crisis. We are still facing certain sales setbacks. For example, when the cost is rising, we can not raise the price, and the sales will be affected.

In addition, natural disasters such as the Wenchuan earthquake have great impact on us.

Ding Baohe: in the past period of time, besides the whole environment and the impact of RMB appreciation on us, the state has also given us a lot of pressure, including the rise of labor costs before. These are the pressures that should not be imposed on us.

Nowadays, many enterprises, especially private enterprises, can not afford it, mainly because the superposition of these factors in the whole environment has formed a combined blow to enterprises.

But no matter what kind of difficulties it is, it is fair for every enterprise.

Moderator: at present, many enterprises are calling for policy support. Do you have expectations?

Ding Baohe: for the time being, we hope to get the tax and labor policy. This tax mainly refers to the tax of the domestic industry, and the export tax rebate before export already exists.

As for the policy of labor contract law, I believe the country will adjust it in the future.

For this point, I want to point out that we are farmers, and the predecessors of enterprises are township enterprises. We are very good in accordance with the per capita income of farmers. But doing business requires us to achieve the average wage of society. There is a great difference between the average wage of the society and the wages of peasants. The wages of farmers are thousands of yuan and the wages of social workers are 30 thousand yuan. This pressure is very large for us.

Guo Zhen: at the moment, in the west side, clothing is not the focus of local industry, such as Chongqing. It is only in recent years that it has undertaken industrial pfer in coastal areas. Unlike automobiles, motorcycles and accessories industries, Chongqing has already introduced some specific incentives.

Under the current circumstances, our greatest expectation is that the government and banks can give us some financial support. Our scale is not big enough, and it will take more than 1 million.

As long as the government and banks can give such support to help us survive the next year, we will have a turning point.

Host: what do you think of the government's bailout?

Zhen Guo: I think it is difficult for the government to save the market. Under the current circumstances, the government is also unable to save in many cases.

We should mainly treat them separately and set different thresholds.

For example, the strength and competitiveness of the enterprise itself, as well as the short time crisis faced by enterprises, rather than long-term problems.
