同時，南、北D幢消防工程施工招標現正抓緊進行造價預算和招標文件的編制工作，計劃于近期進行造價審核及公開招標，建筑智能化工程即將進入預算；綜合服務中心大樓項目各項報建手續、施工圖紙審查、招標代理及造價咨詢單位抽選工作均已基本完成，現正進行招標預算準備工作，預計下月中旬進入招投標，9月上旬動工建設；服裝城汽車站項目于6月17日進行工程開標后投放建設，預計11月底主體工程封頂；華閩外貿大廈目前已完成設計方案會審和地質勘察、施工圖設計，正進行工程招標預算等準備工作，預計下月底或8月初開標；臺灣紡織服裝研發大廈已完成方案設計及地質勘察工作，施工圖設計即將完成，近期將進行圖審；服裝城物流配送區已于今年6月進行開評標，目前正與中標設計單位銜接抓緊進行方案修改，通過審核后即辦理有關前期手續并限期完成施
