Going To The Silk Museum To See Sericulture Culture

The silkworm industry has infiltrated all aspects of production and life in the south of the Yangtze River. The staff of the China silk museum had done a lot of investigation in the area of Hangzhou and Jiaxing Lake in the past few years, and collected and collated the silkworm customs that are about to disappear, presenting the special silkworm custom in the silkworm Township and the advanced mulberry, silkworm and silk reeling techniques in the south of the Yangtze River to protect the silkworm and silk intangible cultural heritage.

The exhibition is divided into four parts: Silkworm customs, silk memory, weaving and dyeing, and embroidery.
