The price bureaus of cities, counties and cities in charge of the pilot counties (cities) with the expansion of power and strong counties will, together with the local Commerce Bureau (cocoon and silk Department), formulate specific prices in line with the local actual conditions within the provincial regulations.

The purchase price of each class is based on the purchase price of the middle grade quasi silkworm cocoon (cocoon layer 10.1 grams) and the vehicle loading rate (91%). The cocoon level is 0.3 grams and the vehicle loading rate is 4%. The price is up to 0.3 yuan per kilogram, and the price difference is 0.3 yuan per kilogram.
