Located near the market and the eastern city of Hangzhou, Sijiqing garment trading center is a modern new market group that Hangzhou has focused on.
Its planning land is 5227 mu, with five major wholesale markets, including fashion, women's wear, men's wear, footwear industry and small and medium brand clothing, and more than 7000 commercial locations will be put into use in July this year.
According to the introduction, unlike many garment markets in Hanzheng Street, although the five relatively independent wholesale markets in the trading center operate in a wrong way, they carry out overall packaging, planning, and operation.
Yesterday's recommendation attracted nearly 100 Hanzheng Street costumes owners.
"Nowadays, the clothing market in Hanzheng Street, which started earlier than in Hangzhou, is big and not strong, and the ranking has been left behind by Hangzhou."
Zheng Bin, President of the new clothing trade association of Hanzheng Street, sighs that Hangzhou's clothing market is expanding further, while Hanzheng Street is gradually shrinking.
At present, more and more Hanzheng Street clothing owners and our city clothing traders are going to Hangzhou to see and sample goods.
In this regard, Zheng Bin believes that there are two major factors behind Hanzheng Street's backwardness: first, the majority of counterfeit products, while the lack of independent innovation brands; two, each is the matrix, and the homogeneous competition in every market is serious and mutual excavation has restricted the growth and strength of the market.
At present, Hanzheng Street has many large wholesale clothing markets such as First Avenue, brand Plaza, central market and Kuma, but the homogenization competition is serious.
Li Qunbao, Secretary General of the Han style clothing trade association, believes that Hangzhou's experience in packaging, operation and holding together is worth learning.
Hanzheng Street should pay attention to differentiated development and avoid homogenization competition so as to become bigger and stronger.
