Textile And Garment Industry: The Era Of Systematic Compound Competition
On the 29 day of last month, on the fifth member congress of the China Apparel Association and the national garment industry working conference, the China Apparel Association released the "2006 - 2007 China garment industry development report", revealing the latest trend of the current garment industry development.
According to the analysis, from the basic operation of the national garment industry, the garment industry in 2007 has shown a trend of integration, adjustment and upgrading, and entered a more complex business competition pattern. The industrial development exists and pushes on a more systematic and more complex platform. Especially, the clothing industry has entered the era of system compound operation and competition, such as industry, brand, business, culture, society and resource value, business rules and social responsibility.
2007年至2008年,宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)和市場新環(huán)境對(duì)服裝業(yè)的影響有三點(diǎn):一是服裝原輔料成本、勞動(dòng)力成本、制造成本乃至運(yùn)輸成本等服裝產(chǎn)銷中幾乎每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的成本上漲,已給行業(yè)發(fā)展帶來明顯的影響,而同時(shí)服裝產(chǎn)品的價(jià)格上升空間不大;二是有關(guān)匯率變動(dòng),對(duì)服裝業(yè)出口貿(mào)易和OEM業(yè)務(wù)帶來更加長期的壓力,且國內(nèi)對(duì)出口貿(mào)易的倚重和扶持力度進(jìn)一步弱化,某些地區(qū)已出現(xiàn)服裝國際貿(mào)易和OEM的清淡甚至蕭條征兆;三是用工管理進(jìn)一步規(guī)范化后,企業(yè)社會(huì)化成本和社會(huì)責(zé)任體系成本加大,給服裝企業(yè)在人員、制度、法規(guī)等管理方面增加了前所未有的壓力,一定程度上使得企業(yè)在產(chǎn)業(yè)拓展和生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營方面形成力量消耗,尤其是尚未完全擺脫粗放型和經(jīng)營單一型的中小服裝企業(yè),短期內(nèi)的發(fā)展生機(jī)和競爭力將受到削弱。
In view of the current situation and future tasks of China's clothing industry, authoritative analysts pointed out that industrial associations are an important component of industrial productivity and production mode to adapt to the development of economic globalization. During the 30 years of reform and opening up, China has become Fei Daguo, a big producer and a big exporter of textiles and clothing. China's textile and garment industry is not only increasing in quantity, but also more important in upgrading its structure. Against this background, the textile and garment industry should take "innovation" as the driving force to cope with the challenges, improve the "contribution rate of science and technology" and "brand contribution rate", and move forward to the great power of innovation and brand.
In view of the situation faced by the garment industry, Jiang Hengjie, executive vice president of the China Apparel Association, believes that China's garment industry is becoming more mature. The international competitiveness begins from the labor cost advantage to the high level of product development and innovation advantages, product quality innovation advantages, brand innovation advantages and cultural innovation advantages, and the industry image is reshaped, and the international competitiveness is facing upgrading.
