Introduction To The New Standard Of Necktie

FZ/T 81011-2008 "tie" was approved by the national development and Reform Commission and implemented in July 1, 2008.

The standards mainly specify the necktie requirements, inspection (test) methods, inspection classification rules, as well as all the technical characteristics of signs, packaging, pportation and storage.

This standard applies to tie made of textile woven fabric as the main raw material.

In the revision of this standard, reference is made to the American Standard ASTM D 3785 - 2002 Standard Performance Specification for woven fabrics of neckties and scarves.

Compared with FZ/T 81011 - 1999, the main changes are as follows:

1, supplemented the normative quoted document content;

2, complements the content of the product specification.

3, modify the provisions of the maximum deviation of the main parts of the product.

4, the provision of chromatic aberration is supplemented.

5, complements the appearance quality requirements of finished products.

6, increased the formaldehyde content, pH value, odor, decomposable aromatic amine dye and other indicators.

7. Increase the fiber content of raw materials for finished products.

8. Increase the water color fastness, color fastness, dry cleaning fastness and light fastness of finished products.

9, enrich and improve the quality defects of finished products.

This standard was first released in 1999. This is the first revision.
