The foreign trade situation has been rising year by year. In August 2007, Ningbo customs statistics showed that: in 1-7, Ningbo textile and clothing exports amounted to US $7 billion 690 million, an increase of 29.8% over the same period last year.

Exhibition fee

Booth specification and charging standard (Note: double charge for standard booth and 15% charge).

1. standard booth (3 m * 3 meters)

Facilities for the standard /9m2 booth include: 2.5 meters high three facing panels, full carpet, two spotlights, two folding chairs, an inquiry desk and 220V/10A power socket.

2. the Fair (minimum rental area of 36 square meters) will be designed and built by the exhibitors.

Journal advertising

As one of the main media of the exhibition, the exhibition will be printed. The company information of exhibitors will be published free of charge in the exhibition.

This conference will be the necessary reference material for the exhibitors, and welcome exhibitors to advertise them.

The contents of the conference include catalogue of exhibitions, color pages ads, special reports, company profiles, etc.

Exhibitor procedure

1. exhibitors should fill in the "application form" and stamp it, or send it back or fax to the organization.

2. the exhibitors will pfer the fee of [50% (Ding Jin) or full amount to the organizational unit within one week after applying for the booth. The balance should be paid at 2008.

It will be paid before April 15th.

If the deposit or balance is not paid according to the requirements, the organizer will not retain its intended booth.

3. the principle of sequential allocation of booth: "apply first, pay first, arrange first".

4. the organizer will send the exhibitor manual to the exhibitors one month before the start of the exhibition, and guide the exhibitors to make preparations for the exhibition.

5. the organizer reserves the right to eventually adjust the location of the booth according to the overall needs of the general assembly.
