Yang Huiyan Donated $10 Million To Set Up The Wenchuan Earthquake Orphans Relief Fund.
Yang Huiyan, a young entrepreneur in Shunde, Guangdong, donated 10 million yuan yesterday. The Guangdong youth development foundation was commissioned to set up the Wenchuan earthquake orphans relief fund to help children who lost their parents in the Sichuan earthquake.
Lin Qian Lin, Secretary General of the Guangdong youth development foundation, said that the foundation will act quickly and join the donor representatives to the disaster area. It will investigate the actual situation of the orphans in the earthquake, including the number, distribution and rescue needs of the orphans, and on the basis of this, we will formulate a specific plan for the earthquake orphan relief plan and start it as soon as possible.
It is reported that the "Wenchuan earthquake orphans relief fund" set up on the 14 day is the first disaster relief orphan special relief fund set up by China's first civilian fund.
In addition, Yang Huiyan also donated 3 million yuan to Gui Yuan Yuan to support the disaster relief fund for Yau Cheng entrepreneurs.
