After some theory, Ms. Huang proposed to compensate for the damage, but the shop only agreed to allow the operator to pay 500 yuan.

In this regard, the CHO Secretary General of the Quanshan Association said that the shop side should not allow workers to pay compensation, and the store's refusal to compensate for the act is illegal.
According to the general provisions of the civil law, the legal representative and other staff members of an enterprise legal person who cause economic losses to others in the name of a legal person shall be liable for civil liabilities by the enterprise legal person and shall be responsible for the corresponding compensation.
Therefore, since the shoe store has received the service charge, Ms Wong has had a contract relationship with the store, and the shop owner should first be liable for compensation.
As for how to punish employees after paying the compensation, it is the internal regulations of the store.
Finally, through the mediation of Consumers Association, Ms. Huang approved that the shop side agreed to pay Ms. Huang's compensation fee of 900 yuan at a time.
