Experts Talk About Youth Entrepreneurship Innovation Is The Key To The Door Of Opportunity
Welcome to the Sohu studio. Good afternoon, everyone.
We know that employment has always been one of the top priorities for most families in China. With the development of economy, the pulling effect of economic growth on employment is decreasing.
If we do not find ways to improve employment, China will face serious social problems, so many people think that employment is difficult for people's livelihood. Therefore, in the face of such difficulties, this year the Chinese government reported that 2008 of the expected targets of national economic and social development were ten million new jobs in urban areas, 4.5% of urban unemployment rate, and employment driven by entrepreneurship as a new idea for expanding employment.
At the same time, in the report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, we put forward the idea of promoting entrepreneurship through entrepreneurship, encouraging entrepreneurship and supporting entrepreneurship in a more prominent position in employment.
Entrepreneurship has become a hot topic in China. This Sunday, the CCTV Youth China Youth Entrepreneurship international program and the Chellona Mobile Communications Corporation Cmcc launched a China Youth Entrepreneurship initiative to help young Chinese entrepreneurs successfully start their business in the Chinese Theater in Beijing. Before the action was officially launched, we had the honor of being invited to the permanent members of the YBC Review Committee. Mr. Cui Zhiru, the chairman of Beijing Jia net technology group, and Mr. YBC, vice chairman of the resources committee, came here to talk to us about entrepreneurship.
The Chinese people are influenced by the Confucian culture. There are no hosts in their minds. First, the first question is to ask Mr. Cui, what kind of organization is YBC? What is the concept of this organization?
Cui Zhiru: just now at the door, there was a simple communication with the organizers of the program. YBC, from the perspective of public welfare, is a poverty reduction public welfare project under the guidance of development. All public welfare projects have a concern to solve social problems. This social problem is very good in the opening. The Chinese government has clearly realized that the difficulties faced by young people in China will affect the development of China in the future.
Under this premise, as a public welfare organization, it is hoped that young people who are out of work will pull back to the mainstream crowd, and form a public welfare organization for such a social problem. YBC is currently positioned to help these young people enter the business to succeed and increase their jobs through their entrepreneurship.
Increasing employment and social effects can help those who increase jobs to reduce poverty.
YBC can provide young entrepreneurs who want to start their own businesses. There are two main points missing: one is start-up capital, the other is mentoring service, and they are not familiar with the industrial and commercial network. They do not understand the difficulties and obstacles faced by entrepreneurship, including technical problems, market analysis and financial tools. There will be such tutors and judges, an audit of entrepreneurial projects, and three years of one-year counselling guidance. The bow is always the representative of outstanding entrepreneur evaluation committee. This is the core of YBC project, which is the accompanying services of mentors and guidance for young entrepreneurs.
Cui Zhiru: in addition, it will solve the problem of start-up capital and provide fifty thousand yuan start-up capital.
The start-up capital itself is also public welfare, and its source is also an entrepreneur donation.
From a conceptual perspective, this project embodies a complete public interest value and helps the government solve the pressure of employment. As a public welfare project, it is not a package, but it has two recycling values in the public domain. A public organization that advocates social entrepreneurship and encourages more entrepreneurs and more social forces wants to operate such a social capital.
Second, advocate legislation. Now we are holding two sessions. We also hope that our two representatives will have more proposals, which will arouse the attention of the government and participate in the project.
The host country has so many policies to encourage entrepreneurship, but now the proportion of young entrepreneurs is still very low. Why?
Can Cui Sheng give us an analysis?
Cui Zhiru: we have done some discussions on many occasions.
From the perspective of culture, from the cultural perspective, the Chinese are influenced by the Confucian culture, and there is no entrepreneurial culture in their bones. The Chinese have no entrepreneurial culture from the deep roots of culture. Everyone is willing to study hard and learn to be good.
From the perspective of entrepreneurship, we should explore our own potential for innovation, create an enterprise, drive more people to complete a business and complete a business project, which is due to the lack of culture in China.
I call it entrepreneurial personality.
From the personality angle, the Chinese do not have entrepreneurial personality, and the lack of personality is also a lack of entrepreneurship.
This may be the main reason. I think it is a cultural reason.
In addition, at the technical level, there is not enough organization to help them and provide complete services. YBC is filling the gap of public welfare support.
Many business organizations will have more commercial value in return. Public interest support may not be willing to do so.
At least two reasons are probably the two main reasons.
As a young generation of our generation, the enterprise is the choice of the host country.
You mentioned just now that it is easy for us to start a business, but it is difficult to do it, especially young people who start business. First, lack of funds and second lack of experience. We can only cross the river by feeling the stones and bear the pressure that ordinary people can not afford.
Bow and arrow: as I am concerned, as a young generation of our generation, enterprises serve the country is the alternative direction.
As such a big country, China has such a large economic position in the society that it lacks a very mature corporate culture with Chinese characteristics.
In this regard, I believe that it is a historical mission to go out of a way that is suitable for Chinese enterprises to create corporate culture.
At that time, we also began to choose a way of starting a business with such a belief, and always insisted on going down.
Host: it is a belief that supports you.
What is your first choice?
Bow and arrow: from the very beginning, the work of e-government is mainly based on network, including the construction of software and e-government.
Host: Why did you choose such a project?
Bow and arrow: my experience is very complex, the earliest work in the government, and later engaged in trade, when I create my own business, I am trying to avoid greater differences, so I chose the technology services industry, network or software, is a technical service industry, relatively speaking, there is a certain technical content, at the same time, the risk is relatively small, this is also suitable for everyone to start business.
This is how companies in the world, including Sohu, came out.
Budget plan should be careful and prudent. Do you have any specific plans or plans?
Bow and arrow: at that time, it belonged to a very shallow undertaking. I did not have a very good planning book. I was ready to create a company and told my colleagues. I said I was going to start a company. They said yes. Let's follow you.
But I have some experience and market base, because I had worked in this industry for more than two years before I started my business.
Cui Zhiru: it's an opportunity based venture. At that time, there were more opportunities based entrepreneurship. Now it's called professional entrepreneurship.
Host: Thank you very much for your reply.
Many young people will encounter entrepreneurial planning problems when they start their business, just like what you just said.
Here, I would like to ask Mr. Gong, since our YBC is a public welfare organization that helps young people to start their own businesses, what do you think young people should do when helping young people start their own businesses?
Bow and arrow: This is a good question.
We also encountered the same problem when we started our business. No one came to help us at that time. That's why I joined YBC. He is a kind of inspiration for me. The work of this project needs to be summed up for young people.
In the current venture, it is not the most primitive entrepreneurship, and does not encourage blind entrepreneurship. I suggest more rational entrepreneurship. From the perspective of rational entrepreneurship, I think there are four main aspects in this planning: one is the market, the second is the product, the third is finance, and the fourth is the staff.
These four aspects should complement each other.
The most important thing is to find business models in the market. At the same time, SWT is the analysis of competitive advantage, as well as the sales strategy, the three most important electricity in the market.
Bow and arrow: in second ways, the product's main concern is product positioning, and the second is product development.
This product refers to a generalized product, which can be a service or a technology.
Here, as we are concerned, with entrepreneurial experience, it is not recommended to start the whole industry chain at the very beginning, first step in one of the links and then do it again.
If this venture chain is too long, it will be hard to succeed.
Third, in terms of finance, we must first have a financial plan, including the source of financing.
Second, there is a perfect cash flow plan and a feasible cash flow plan. As a start-up enterprise, the first task is to survive first. If your cash flow is broken, it will be difficult to survive. So many start-ups are the result of the failure of cash flow.
The last aspect is in the aspect of manpower, we have been doing research in this field. I think it is possible to reach a consensus on entrepreneurship. Generally, the entrepreneurial group may be friends. We have some foundations. These understandings may be based on behavioral norms. I think you are good or technical hobbies, and must rise to the consensus of enterprises or the consensus of entrepreneurial enterprises. After reaching this consensus, we will know what kind of enterprises I want to do and what our goal is.
After full communication, we can work hard to achieve it.
This consensus is very important. We call consensus governance.
In terms of personnel, second points, as China is more important to learn to share and share, in our cultural connotation, lack of awareness in this area. This is the most important issue in domestic entrepreneurship at present. In western corporate culture, it is a long-term development. Everyone has learned to share with me, because many enterprises in China can not share or not share, leading to the failure of entrepreneurial enterprises.
These four aspects can provide experience for young entrepreneurs.
Host: four experience you provide to young people, what kind of services can YBC provide to young people?
YBC: a very important point, YBC is not only providing funds for catalyst, but more importantly, arranging mentors for entrepreneurial youth. Our mentors have their own entrepreneurial experience, and they have their own unique teachers in a certain field. They will guide our young entrepreneurs according to their personal experience and expertise in their professional fields, so that they can take fewer detours and develop faster.
There are many existing entrepreneurial cases. Our entrepreneurial youth fully integrated into the field of tutor principles under the guidance of tutors.
Equivalent to the young entrepreneurs standing on the shoulders of mentors, to provide more room for young entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs easier to succeed.
Moderator: there is a certain guiding role.
When the two mentioned entrepreneurship, there was a very important condition. That was the question of capital. When Mr. Gong started his business, how could he make money planning?
Bow and arrow: when we started our business, there might be no current conditions. We started from scratch. In terms of capital planning, I suggest 8 words. The first is careful calculation, and the other is prudent use.
After so many years, the travelling salesmen often make mistakes in the main financial aspects of the enterprises, so they must use the funds rationally.
Host: since the two have mentioned that capital is so important, Mr. Cui also mentioned that YBC may provide a start-up fund for young entrepreneurs. We are all very concerned about this issue. Can Mr. Cui specifically talk about how YBC can help young people in terms of capital?
For example, the interest and repayment time of funds.
Cui Zhiru: there is still a clear definition of YBC in terms of capital.
The amount of YBC has been stated at the beginning, and the essence of this project has also been mentioned.
Our start-up capital is a matching type. It is not the only factor for the success of a business. The accompanying service for mentors is compatible.
In fact, we are going to talk about the same type of projects.
