Who could have thought that such a powerful and technically advanced Chinese motorcycle air filter manufacturer was born out of the hands of two brothers who had not yet graduated from junior high school.
Recently, the reporter came to the Tangxia town abundant industrial park, walked into the Jiangmen Heng Bo filter company.

Zhou Shucong, general manager, was shy and gentle, steadfast and cordial, and this was his first impression of reporters.
Zhou Shucong did not seem to be very good at words. He always had a shy smile: "my brother and I were in Taizhou, Zhejiang, and Heng Bo was established. My brother is the chairman and I am the general manager.
Heng Bo has 1 general companies and 3 subsidiary companies. Jiangmen Heng Bo is responsible for me, and the two of us have not graduated from junior high school to come out to start an undertaking, and the educational level is not high.
Zhou Shucong said that in the 90s of last century, the brothers began to make motorcycle accessories from the small workshop of the family. After 3 years, they finished their small workshop career, bought land and built factories, and made money to continue to expand their production.
In 1995, the two brothers established the Heng Bo locomotive parts Co., Ltd. now, Heng Bo has become the largest production base of motorcycle air filter in China, occupying 60% of the market. The motorcycle filter manufactured by the Jiangmen Heng Bo filter company built in 2005 has occupied 90% of the market in the Pearl River Delta.
What is the success of Zhejiang merchants from simple reproduction to independent innovation?
Zhou Shucong told reporters that he, like many other Zhejiang bosses, started from sales and didn't have his own factory. The filter that just started was still on its own handmade screws, and it was sold free of charge. Customers felt that they would take the initiative to buy it when they thought it would be good, so they opened the market one step at a time. "Dare to think and work hard is the successful experience of opening the market."
2000 became an important watershed for the constant development.
Previously, Heng Bo, like many other enterprises in the country, was unable to invest in science and technology development and simply copied products. In 2000, under the leadership of chairman Zhou Shuzhong, Heng Bo, under the leadership of chairman of the board of directors, reformed and reorganized the organization, and initially formed the management mode of "two heads" of marketing and research and development, and the "middle small" mode of production and production. It changed from copying products to independent research and development, and set up R & D centers, and developed more than 400 new products successively. Its performance has reached the domestic advanced level, of which 21 products have been granted national patents, and 8 products have been identified by new products at the provincial level.

Zhou Shucong told reporters that in 2004, he and his brother visited Huadu and Zengcheng in Guangzhou. In that year, Tangxia has surged more than 20 Zhejiang enterprises, and up to now, the total number of Zhejiang enterprises in Jiangmen has reached more than 300.
In Jiangmen, Zhou Shucong will go to the factory's production line to see the situation every day, help the difficult employees, consolate the old workers, and extract some funds from the enterprises to do good deeds.
"Our choice is very wise, and now the enterprise is growing day by day.
Our next plan is to start producing environmentally friendly activated carbon tanks for motorcycles in July this year. We will build the second phase plant in 2009 and produce automobile filters by the end of this year.
These projects depend on our own R & D strength. "
