Zhou Shucong said that in the 90s of last century, the brothers began to make motorcycle accessories from the small workshop of the family. After 3 years, they finished their small workshop career, bought land and built factories, and made money to continue to expand their production.

In 1995, the two brothers established the Heng Bo locomotive parts Co., Ltd. now, Heng Bo has become the largest production base of motorcycle air filter in China, occupying 60% of the market. The motorcycle filter manufactured by the Jiangmen Heng Bo filter company built in 2005 has occupied 90% of the market in the Pearl River Delta.

Zhou Shucong told reporters that he, like many other Zhejiang bosses, started from sales and didn't have his own factory. Previously, Heng Bo, like many other enterprises in the country, was unable to invest in science and technology development and simply copied products. In 2000, under the leadership of chairman Zhou Shuzhong, Heng Bo, under the leadership of chairman of the board of directors, reformed and reorganized the organization, and initially formed the management mode of "two heads" of marketing and research and development, and the "middle small" mode of production and production. It changed from copying products to independent research and development, and set up R & D centers, and developed more than 400 new products successively. Its performance has reached the domestic advanced level, of which 21 products have been granted national patents, and 8 products have been identified by new products at the provincial level.
