    Ren Xiao Qing, a boy who aspire to be an entrepreneur from childhood, is realizing his childhood dream through honesty in action.

    Ren Xiaoqing told reporters that his hometown was in the rural area of Dingzhou. When he was a child, his family was very poor, but his mother was a person who refused to give up. He had been trying to run various businesses.

    When he was in primary school, he used his vacation to sell ice cream with his mother, and tried wholesale in department stores at high school.

    After going to university, some small business people who started business experience began to fight alone: "during my college years, all my expenses, including tuition fees, were earned by myself."

    Ren Xiaoqing told reporters that when he was admitted to the school of physical education of Hebei Normal University, he had only 300 yuan left after he paid all the related expenses.

    But stubborn, he did not want to ask for money at home, so he bought some cheap clothes from the market and set up stalls in schools.

    Because always remember the word "honesty", because the price is fair, Ren Xiao Qing's business soon became prosperous. In a short span of a month, he turned the 300 yuan into thousands of yuan.

    In this way, relying on the "integrity" business, during the University Ren Xiao Qing earned his tuition and living expenses.

    On the eve of graduating from university in 2007, he began to ponder over what to do. Through market research, he found that the household industry is being favored by more and more people, but at the same time, there are many problems in the industry: "the quality of domestic service companies is uneven, leading to the low level of the whole industry."

    Ren Xiaoqing said he believes that as long as we strengthen the training of personnel quality and ensure the quality of service, the industry still has great room for development.

    In June 2007, Ren Xiao Qing formally registered the "new world housekeeping service company" and recruited a number of laid-off workers: "at the beginning, I invested a lot of money in personnel training, and I have a very high demand for the quality of employees."

    Ren Xiaoqing said, at that time, he made a principle that personnel must be trained strictly before going to work, and precisely because of this, they invested a lot of money in the early stage.

    However, because the company has just started, although there are good domestic service team, but no one knows.

    So Ren Xiao Qing found a new residential district, issued a company leaflet from door to door, and insisted on quality service. After several months of hard work, the domestic service company established by Xiao Qing became prosperous gradually.

    At the beginning of this year, he finally moved the company from a former only 20 square meter bungalow to a high-rise office building.

    Speaking of his company's future development plan, Ren Xiao confident, he told reporters that at the beginning of this year, he cooperated with a classmate and launched an education guidance project, mainly aimed at pupils with poor academic performance and self confidence, and carrying out one to one counselling education, so that students' interests, knowledge and methods can be improved comprehensively and help them find self-confidence.

    Ren Xiaoqing said he has shifted the focus of his work to educational assisting agencies, hoping to make the best educational aid institutions he set up in the future.
