On Issuing The Standard Format For Public Companies To Apply For Public Offering Of Shares Submitted By Listed Companies.

Notice on Issuing the standard format for trial application of public offering of shares to listed companies by the public company ([2000]43). The listed companies of the securities and Futures Commission are listed as follows: in order to regulate the public offering of shares to the public by the listed companies, I will work out a standard format for the listed companies to apply for the public offering of shares to the public (Trial Implementation).

The China Securities Regulatory Commission (A4) in April 30th of the year of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hsiac), the listed company of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, applied for the public offering of shares to the public, and submitted the material standard format to the standard materials. (1) the paper, the cover number and the number of copies of the application materials were issued. (1) the paper's paper size of two (two) covers 1, marked "the public company's application materials for the public stock offering", the name of the company, the name of the issuer, and the name of the company's name on the side of the material.

Three copies of the application materials were submitted for the first time, three of which were original.

Before submitting the issuance examination committee (hereinafter referred to as the "trial tribunal"), nine pieces of materials will be submitted for review.

After the adoption of the hearing board, the remaining application materials will be returned to pedestrians unless the original is kept on file by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
