１、評選分為初賽、決賽兩階段進行。8 I7 {. {% I4 @5 U- {/ \+ ?8 ~
２、報名截稿后，由評委對來稿進行初審，選出30個系列入圍決賽，組委會于9月1                                日后在www.humen.com,www.fumin.com或[url=http://www.eeff.net/www.gdfz.org]www.gdfz.org[/url]上公布入圍選手名單（參賽選手可查閱初評結果），并以書面形式通知入圍選手制作實物參加決賽。( f( E4 B5 g+ t" @* J

１、主題：詠•碳•調
( o" [  P2 Q: w. n' P0 T! A) L２、范圍：女裝（面料、材料不限）# C" V0 V; y- ^( x# U
３、參賽選手按系列設計，每一系列5套，畫在同一張效果圖，規格27cm x40cm；效果圖背面左上角附：主題名稱、設計思想（不超過50字）；左下角附：正背面款式圖；右上角附：姓名、性別、出生年月、國籍、畢業（在讀）學校、學歷、服務單位、單位地址、郵政地址、郵政編碼、E-mail、聯系電話、傳真（注：所有文字必須用母語和英語書寫）；并附身份證復印件以及大一寸彩色照片1張（用信封裝好并貼牢固）；右下角附：面料小樣（8cm x8cm）;來稿一律不退，請自留底稿。6 v5 H- o6 N1 W' E( B3 X
４、來稿必須是未發表過的原創作品，如發現一稿多投，則視為無效稿件。  X6 E2 i" _4 I% p

２、Range:women’s wear(all fabric & material available).
& X& }6 T" c$ D1 x9 m4 R３、Participants’ design is based on different series.Each series includes 5 suits drawn on one drawing(27cmx40cm).On the opposite side:subject,design thought(less than 50 words) written on the left top;front and back pattern drawing on the left bottom;name,sex,date of birth,nationality,school of graduation,education,working company,address of working company,post code,E-mail,telephone number and fax on the right top(all must be filled in your native language and English);one copy of ID card and color photo(as used for passport) should be attached (packed with an envelope and well sealed);sample of the fabric & material(8cmx8cm)on the right bottom.The drawings are not returnable.* i* o+ {- R/ N# ^# q* N( m: o
４、The contribution must be the works never published.Such works contributed more than once are regarded as invalid manuscript.2 C& n% k- i4 Q
